TeleComputing Sweden AB ("TeleComputing”) has entered into an agreement to buy the Gothenburg-based company HC Advance Group AB ("Advance”), a rapidly-growing IT company that supplies IT operations services for customers in the health and care sector and the SMB market.
TeleComputing has signed an agreement with Schlumberger to provide cloud services to the Scandinavian oil and gas market. The offering will ensure flexible and innovative solutions as either a traditional IT operation or as a ‘software as a service’.
Nille has decided to move its applications and data to TeleComputing’s cloud-based platform in order to obtain a scalable IT operations solution that supports the company’s growth strategy. TeleComputing will now assume responsibility for the operation of all Nille’s IT solutions. The contract has a duration of 5 years and is expected to be worth more than NOK 20 million.
Urban Berlinde has been appointed as the new CEO for TeleComputing Sweden AB from January 1st, 2016. Urban steps up from his role as CEO at Kentor, a subsidiary of TeleComputing. Vice President Fredrik Arbman takes over the role as CEO at Kentor.
