TeleComputing has since 1997 been a leading provider of centralized IT operation services and net-based software distribution. At the end of 2009, TeleComputing Group had 694 employees in 7 locations in 3 countries and approximately 800 business customers in the Nordic region. The company was listed on Oslo Børs 31.12.2009. Due to changed ownership structure, the company was de-listed in February 2010.

Seco Invest AS completes voluntary offer for all outstanding shares of TeleComput­ing

The shares in Telecomputing are delisted from listing on Oslo Børs. Last day of list­ing was February 5th 2010.

TeleComputing changes its organizational structure from TeleComputing ASA to TeleComputing AS.
