TeleComputing enters IT-operation agreement with Addici
Friday, April 16, 2010 Addici, a leading Nordic provider of Facility Services within workplace services, security and property management, has chosen to extend their co-operation with TeleComputing. The 3-year agreement, with an estimated order value of 9 MSEK, includes a range of IT-operation services, such as IT OnDemand services, server- and application operation and support.
- We work in a dynamic market where delivery of flexible services is important. Our employees need to have secure access to relevant information which is available "on demand" regardless of where and when they work. The services from TeleComputing help us in this respect. They know us well and have shown that they can meet our requirements related to functional delivery and cost efficiency, says Thomas Brännström, IT Manager in Addici.
The Nordic region is at the cutting edge of Facility Management. According to consultancy firm Capgemini, the potential Nordic FM market is worth just over € 50 billion. The actual market for FM services is currently only around 25 percent of this figure. Addici has over 17 years of experience of working with Facility Management in the Nordic region. The company has approximately 1 800 employees in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.
- We are delighted that Addici has chosen us for another 3 years. The agreement is a confirmation that our flexible and scalable IT-solutions are attractive and are delivered with high quality. We will do our utmost to to ensure that Addici will enjoy all the benefits that our solutions can provide, says Sven Tore Kaasa, CEO in TeleComputing AS.
